The better way to contact neobux is sending a support ticket, however there are better methods to solve your doubts as they might already be answered. Contacting support will provide you a good reply, but it can be slow due to the millions of users that are on neobux, so let's see all the ways we can solve our doubts.

At the top-right of our account there is a little blue icon. That is a little FAQ made by neobux, and by clicking on it you can search your questions and get answered. The bad thing is that it is only limited to general and common issues and you may not find your answer there. You can access it on any page of neobux, even on the forums or requesting payment.

There is a page you should read not only to clear your doubts, but also before entering neobux to be sure you will not be doing anything against the rules. The TOS or Terms Of Service is  a group of rules you have to follow always. If you are using the forums, the most important points are 1.5 and 1.6 and on managing your account, 3.7 is an essential point.

The neobux help page is located at the bottom-right of the page, next to the support and TOS links. The help page contains useful information like prices and recommendations that will help you clear typical doubts. This is the last of the "instant" non personalized resources you have to get help. The next ones are answered by persons and may take a while to be resolved.


The neobux forum link is located at the top of the page. Neobux has a very active community and will be glad to answer your doubts although they do not have to be necessarily right, they will surely help with themes that are not account-related (Problems only admins can solve). Just be sure to follow the TOS, post a welcome message and start with the right foot (My username is jm2t, I am really active there and you can PM me if you want)


The live support is a recent addition. It lets you have a chat with an administrator or a tech support member that has the same privileges. It the same as support, but instant. You do not have time to write long, detailed messages while chatting so if you have a complex problem it might be better for you to take your time and address to support normally.


This is the classic support method. You simply fill a form and they will e-mail you the answer on 24-48 hours depending on the load of the server. It might be the slowest one, but it is the best one if your question is large or if it does not fit on any category above. Just be sure to use it wisely to not overcharge it by using other methods that are viable.
